  • In general, the freight is charged at the above price. If there is a freight discount, everything is subject to the website display at the time of settlement, and The Gaudery reserves the right of final decision.

  • The estimated delivery time applies to orders submitted before 12 noon Hong Kong time.

  • The above delivery time is only for reference purposes.Due to different types of goods, the delivery time may not be the same, please refer to the information on the product page.

  • During special promotions, holidays and special circumstances (such as inclement weather), the shipment may take longer to arrive.

  • (*) Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days. 

    When will my order be shipped?

    Generally, spot goods will be shipped within 2-3 working days after receiving and confirmation of the order. When the order is shipped, we will notify you via "email (including package tracking information). You may also click "Account” > “Order” to check the latest status of your order.

    Take Note: Please make sure that all the filling information is correct, including the delivery address, consignee's name and contact phone number, so as to avoid any significant delays or losses during the logistics arrangement. If your order is cancelled due to lack of stock or other reasons, you will receive an email refund notification, and we will not charge any fee for the cancelled good(s).

    Will I be charged taxes and import duty for my parcel?

    Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include taxes and import duties. Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations. If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.

    If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.

    The information provided in the link or on our website regarding taxes or import duties should only be used as a reference. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, it is best to check with your local customs office before placing an order.

    Can I cancel my order or change it before it ships?

    Delivery information cannot be change once the order is placed. if you need any amendment, please leave us a message ASAP and we'll do whatever we can to help! 

    What happens if I missed my delivery?

    After 3 delivery attempts, or exceeded 21 days from the dispatch date, your parcel will be returned to our warehouse in Hong Kong. Please take note that return fees and additional redelivery fees will apply for redelivery.

    Delivery terms and conditions are as follows:

    • Please note that all shipping risks (including delay, damage, loss or accidental theft of the goods) shall be borne by you. When the goods are delivered by The Gaudery to the selected logistics company, the ownership of the product and the risk of loss of the product will be transmitted to you; at the same time, you will become the owner of the product and bear the risk of holding the product yourself. The company is not responsible for their loss or damage.

    • If you find that the goods are damaged or missing, you can contact our customer service to request a return within 14-days after receiving the goods. When the return application is approved, we will refund you the same way you paid when you purchased the goods. Please check our [Return, Refund and Exchange Policy] for details.

    • Our responsibility is limited to delivery on time, assisting the buyer in inquiries when encountering logistics accidents, and not responsible for any compensation other than those provided by logistics to customers. All inquiries and claims are in accordance with logistics regulations. The buyer shall not claim compensation before the expiry of the logistics inquiry and tracking shipping period. The buyer must verify the detailed address and telephone number of the consignee to avoid delay in delivery. Any purchase on this website is deemed to agree with this statement.

    • We only ship on working days. Our working days do not include Hong Kong public holidays and when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion and that you agree and accept the ordered goods from our logistics provider. Under any circumstances, we will not accept cancellation of orders or refund.

    • The goods you ordered will be delivered through logistics companies to the delivery address you provided. When you receive the goods, you should show your ID with a photo on request. When the goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided, the goods are deemed to have been delivered to you and received by you. If you fail to receive the goods for any reason, you should agree and accept that we have the right to charge the additional fees or cancel your order.

    • The company reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, The Gaudery reserves the right of final decision.
